Shipping and Returns

We accept returns on non-clearance items that are unused, and unwashed within 30 days of receipt. (With the exception of our extended holiday policy. Refer to the FAQ page for this.) Please email customerservice@lunasquest.shop and we will get back to you with further directions.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account if your return request is processed.

Items that do NOT apply for returns include customized items (these can be replaced if there is a manufacturing or delivery issue) and final sale items found in the “Clearance” tab.

Please allow 1-3 days for production and 2-5 days to ship within the United States.

FAQ

  • Returns

    We accept returns for non-clearance items that are unused and unwashed within 30 days of the delivery date. A refund will NOT be issued on items that are in the "Clearance." 

  •  Extended Returns Policy 

    We do extend the window for returns during the holidays (November 1-December 1) for an extra 30 days (60 days in total) so that you can buy gifts ahead of time during the holiday season and still have a chance to exchange/return.

  •  Damaged & Incorrect Items  

    If you receive an item that is damaged/defective/or incorrect, please email us. Have your order number ready, upload the picture of the item, and a brief explanation of the damaged, defective, or wrong item and we will make corrections.

  •  How soon do you ship?  

    Most of our designs are on the made to order basis. Please allow 1-5 business days to product the order and another 2-5 days for shipping in the United States.

  • Do you ship outside the US?

    At the current moment we do not ship outside of the US.
